Alicia Núñez Chacón

Alicia Núñez Chacón serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pluxee, a global French company specializing in employee benefits and incentives, since August 2025. Previously, Alicia held the position of Finance and Management Control Manager for the Andean Region at SKF Group, and has also served as Chief Financial Officer for GroupM, which is part of the WPP holding in the advertising industry. Earlier roles include Manager of Administration and Finance at Redbanc, where Alicia oversaw various finance-related areas, and Senior Finance Business Partner/Compliance Officer at Philips Lighting. Alicia's extensive career at Philips spanned over two decades, including positions as CFO and Senior Business Controller. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and has completed a leadership program in business management for women.
