Rachel Diggs

Rachel Diggs is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at RE/MAX @ HOME|Maria Quattrone and Associates since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Vice President of Operations for Short Term Lending at Finance of America Commercial since October 2021. Rachel has extensive experience in operations, having served as Vice President of Operations at J.G. Wentworth Home Lending, LLC from October 2016 to April 2022, and as Vice President of Credit and Underwriting at Commercial Capital/Princeton Mortgage Corporation from June 2011 to September 2016. Earlier in Rachel's career, positions included Underwriter Level 3 at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2009 to 2011 and Senior Vice President Operations at both Action Mortgage Corporation and Tower Mortgage/First Metropolitan Mortgage. Rachel Diggs earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Norfolk State University, graduating in 2003.
