Head Of French FATF Delegation at Financial Action Task Force (FATF)

Pierre ALLEGRET has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Pierre started their career as an intern at AXA, working with the ALM team. Pierre then joined Generali as an intern in the MCEV calculation team. Following this, they worked at the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution as an Insurance Supervisor. Pierre then moved on to Cnam, where they served as a Lecturer on Insurance regulations. Pierre later joined the European Commission as a Policy Officer, specializing in Insurance. After that, they joined the Direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury), where they held several roles including Deputy Head of Trade Policy Unit and Head of Asia, Americas, and South Pacific unit. Most recently, they became the Head of the Fight against financial crime and International sanctions Office at the French Treasury. Additionally, they are currently serving as the Head of the French delegation at the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

Pierre Allegret began their education in 2007 at École Polytechnique, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Financial Mathematics. Pierre completed this program in 2010. In 2010-2011, they furthered their education at ENSAE Paris, specializing in Actuarial Science for which they obtained a Master's Degree. The following year, in 2011, Pierre pursued studies in Actuarial Science at the Institut des Actuaires. In the same year, they also attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires, specializing in Business Law. Pierre's educational journey came to an end in 2015.
