Prior to this role, Nina held the position of National SIU Manager at Northbridge Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included managing and investigating suspicious claims related to insurance fraud. Additional experience includes roles at Waterloo, Ontario, focusing on compliance and investigations management, and a long-term career at Manulife Financial, where Nina progressed from a Senior Business Analyst in Wealth Management to Manager of Investigative Services. Educational qualifications include a CIP from the Insurance Institute of Canada, a Certified Fraud Investigator credential from Utica University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from the University of Toronto.
