Ivana Erceg Floerchinger has held various roles in regulatory and compliance functions within the financial and legal sectors. Currently, Ivana serves as the Head of Frontline Regulators and Market Infrastructure at the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand. Prior to their current role, Ivana was the Head of Legal and Compliance at Hobson Wealth Partners and held positions at NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal, Macquarie Equities, and other organizations. Floerchinger's educational background includes a JD from New England Law | Boston and a BA in Philosophy/French from Queens University of Charlotte.
