Sarah Watson

Sarah Watson is currently serving as a Talent Business Partner at the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AA Insurance NZ from August 2016 to December 2023, and as an HR Coordinator on a maternity contract at FCB New Zealand from August 2015 to August 2016. Sarah's career began as an International Candidate Manager at Working In and included roles such as Business Administrator at Career Team Ltd and Candidate Manager at Australasian Recruitment Company. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Kimberly-Clark. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Otago, completed in 2009, and attended Rangitoto College from 2002 to 2006.
