Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks possesses extensive experience in finance and project management, currently serving as Manager Finance for the Transformation Project at the Financial Ombudsman Service since January 2005. Previous roles within the same organization include General Manager and various team management positions focused on IT, service improvement, coaching, development, and casework. Prior to this, Andrew held a position as a Commercial Property Insurance Account Manager at Heath Lambert Ltd and contributed to actuarial projects at both Heath Lambert Ltd and Royal London, where supervision and training were key responsibilities. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Essex.
