Katie Doran

Katie Doran has extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial and healthcare sectors. Since May 2012, Katie has served as Ombudsman Leader and Head of Practice (Fraud and Scams) at the Financial Ombudsman Service, following a position as Ombudsman Leader. Prior to this, from February 2009 to May 2012, Katie held the role of Head of Clinical Governance at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, where responsibilities included investigating serious events and managing clinical and corporate risk. Katie Doran holds an MSc in Management from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Leicester.
