Neil Crook

Neil Crook is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at the Financial Ombudsman Service since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as an Azure Cloud Engineer at ANYWHERE365® from November 2020 to March 2024 and as a Senior Unified Communications Application Engineer at NTT Ltd. from November 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities encompassed cloud communications. Neil also served as a Unified Communications Consultant at Modality Systems and as a Senior Unified Communications Engineer at GCI, where design and support of cloud-based Lync Server solutions were key duties. Earlier experience includes a Systems Programmer role at The Open University, managing a significant Microsoft Unified Communications platform. Neil holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
