Zoe Kearns

Zoe Kearns is an experienced Employee Relations Partner at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where responsibilities include managing employee relations cases for approximately 650 staff and developing policies in compliance with relevant legislation. Previously, Zoe held leadership roles within the UK Ministry of Justice, including Deputy Head of Operations for the Court Funds Office, overseeing a £4 billion fund for 145,000 clients, and managed teams to ensure operational efficiency during significant organizational changes. With a background in operational management since 1989, Zoe has consistently delivered results in client-facing environments. Educational qualifications include A levels from St Georges School and multiple qualifications from Meopham Secondary School.
