Dianne Mouaikel Shrmp

Dianne Mouaikel has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Dianne began their career as a Human Resources Supervisor at Roney & Co., where they supervised clerical staff and administered employee benefit programs. Dianne then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they directed daily HR department administration and ensured compliance in employment, staffing, and benefits. Later, as the Human Resources Director, they focused on legal compliance and developed, directed, coordinated, and defended the firm's HR policies and programs.

After their time at Roney & Co., Dianne joined Raymond James & Associates, Inc. as a Senior H.R. Business Partner. In this role, they oversaw diverse regional HR functions and partnered with business unit leadership to meet objectives, improve success rates, and drive cultural transformation.

Dianne also has experience as an Independent HR Consultant, where they conducted audits, made recommendations for compliance and process improvement, and implemented various HR initiatives, such as performance management processes, salary analysis, and integrated HR systems.

Most recently, Dianne has been the Director of People Operations and Administration at Financial One Accounting, Inc. Here, they ensured functional operations and legal compliance in all areas of HR, drove change management and process improvement efforts, and managed HR policies and performance.

Dianne Mouaikel SPHR SHRM-SCP CPSP earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies, Management and Organizational Behavior from The University of Texas at Dallas from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2010, and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in June 2015. Dianne also holds additional certifications, including the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from the Plan Sponsor Council of America and the PXT Select Certified Expert Practitioner from John Wiley & Sons, Academic and Professional Learning, obtained in 2022.
