Jorge Valdivia is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in managing and optimizing IT systems. Since June 2022, Jorge has served as the Senior Manager of Technology at the Financial Planning Association, where responsibilities include leading the technology department and aligning strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, Jorge was the Director of Information Technology at iRISE Spine and Joint, focusing on enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction through technology, and collaborating with the Executive Team to support critical business needs. Jorge’s career also includes positions such as IT Specialist at American Traveler, Systems Administrator at Cisneros Group of Companies, Jr. Network Administrator at ProTranslating, and Help Desk Analyst at Perry Ellis International.
