Katherine Troiano

Katherine Troiano currently serves as the Group Membership Coordinator at the Financial Planning Association (FPA) since September 2020, where responsibilities include supporting member inquiries, processing dues, and reorganizing membership communications. Previously, Katherine worked as a Member Engagement Support during a temporary position at FPA, assisting members through phone and email interactions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Server’s Assistant and Host at Bleu Boheme, and as a Lead Host at Karl Strauss Brewing Company, focusing on customer service and team coordination in fast-paced environments. Katherine also worked as a Sales Associate at Empire Beauty, where duties involved frontline sales and customer education. Katherine holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Fine/Studio Arts from San Diego Mesa College.
