Mary J. Machado-Schammel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and strategic consulting. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Venture Advisors Business Sales & Acquisitions since April 2006, Mary specializes in advising founder-led businesses in the middle market on transactions with global private equity firms and strategic buyers. In addition, Mary serves as an International Strategic Consultant for Coalition Greenwich, a subsidiary of CRISIL, and holds leadership roles on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair for The Ann Peppers Foundation, and as a member of the Board of Governors for CFA Society Los Angeles.
