Carine Arlanda-Laroy

Carine Arlanda-Laroy is an experienced professional with a career spanning over a decade in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at the Financial Services Commission since July 2009, Carine has also provided consultancy services at the World Bank Group in two separate roles from April 2019 to December 2021. Academically, Carine holds a Common Wealth Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Open University of Mauritius, completed between 2015 and 2017, and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, having completed the Governance Qualifying Programme from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Carine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Management from the University of Mauritius between 2006 and 2009.
