Jeremy Bronheim

Jeremy Bronheim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeremy started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001. From there, they worked as a Data Manager at NACHC, where they created and maintained SQL databases. In 2012, they joined RoseMcKenna, LLC as a Tax Associate, handling tax preparation for high net-worth individuals and their trusts.

In 2013, Jeremy took on contract positions as a Staff Accountant at VICCS, Inc., where they performed internal audits and processed accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll using QuickBooks. Jeremy also worked as a Management Entity Assistant/Staff Accountant at The Carlyle Group, where they completed complex billing cycles and prepared month-end reports.

Jeremy's experience in financial services continued at the Financial Services Institute (FSI) in 2014. Jeremy held various roles, including Database and Accounting Coordinator, Accounting and Customer Relations Systems Specialist, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and currently serves as the Controller and Associate Vice President of Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and generating reports.

Outside of their financial positions, Jeremy also contributed to the Parents Place of Maryland as a member, president, and treasurer of the Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015. Overall, Jeremy Bronheim brings a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, management, and board governance to their current role as Controller and Associate Vice President of Operations at FSI.

Jeremy Bronheim earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they pursued a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2004. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed a BA in Cognitive Science at Northwestern University, attending from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Jeremy obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy in December 2012.
