Feraz Shere

Feraz Shere has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Feraz is currently serving as the Managing Director of Private Capital Markets in the Investment Banking division of Financial Technology Partners / FT Partners since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UBS in various roles, including Executive Director of Private Placements from March 2018 to September 2020. Feraz also held positions at Scotiabank as an Associate in Investment Banking from August 2008 to May 2011, and at Merrill Lynch as a Summer Associate in Global Markets Institutional Equity Sales in 2007. Additionally, they had analyst roles in market intelligence groups at both IBM Germany and IBM Canada, working from 2004 to 2006.

Feraz Shere completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2005. Feraz then pursued a Joint Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance from 2001 to 2008 at the University of Toronto. Additionally, in 2007 and 2008, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management to earn a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance.
