Eric Anand

Eric Anand is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Technical Lead at Financial Times since September 2024, Eric drives innovation within the Advanced Research Products Team, focusing on enhancing the readership experience. Prior to this, Eric spent nearly four years as Engineering Manager at Lifebit, where leadership involved mentoring the AI-Squad engineering team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Eric has also held positions as Lead Engineer and Senior Engineer within Lifbit, playing pivotal roles in backend, frontend, and dev-ops engineering for the Lifebit REAL platform. Earlier in career, Eric worked at Financial Times in various engineering roles, advancing from Junior Engineer to Senior Engineer, with a foundational start as an IT Consultant at FDM Group. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Robotics from the University of the West of England.
