Lucy Fisher

Lucy Fisher is a seasoned journalist currently serving as the Whitehall Editor and host of the Political Fix podcast at the Financial Times since May 2023. Previously, Lucy held the position of Chief Political Commentator at Times Radio from March 2022 to May 2023 and worked as Deputy Political Editor at The Telegraph from November 2020 to March 2022. Lucy's extensive experience at The Times spanned from October 2013 to November 2020, during which time Lucy served as Defence Editor, Chief Political Correspondent, and Political Reporter. Earlier in Lucy's career, the role of Journalist was held at The Sunday Times from November 2011 to October 2013. Lucy earned a First class honors degree in Literae Humaniores (Classics) from the University of Oxford between 2007 and 2011.
