Owen Walker is a seasoned journalist currently serving as the Singapore correspondent for the Financial Times since February 2016, focusing on business, finance, economics, and politics in Singapore and South-East Asia. Previously, Owen held various roles within the Financial Times, including European banking correspondent, where coverage included significant events such as the demise of Credit Suisse, and asset management correspondent, recognized for work on Neil Woodford’s downfall which contributed to awards for the Business & Finance Team of the Year.
