Zoe Coutinho

Zoe Coutinho is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience across various companies. In the most recent role as interim Product Director for FT Professional & FT Live at Financial Times from November 2023 to July 2024, Zoe demonstrated leadership in product strategy. Prior to that, Zoe held the position of Group Product Manager at Cleo and also served as Principal Product Manager at Pollen, where key contributions were made from December 2020 to August 2022. Zoe's earlier experience includes the role of Head of Product at Trussle, where significant advancements were made in the Product and Design functions of the first online mortgage broker in the UK. Additionally, Zoe acted as a mentor for The Product Mentor from March 2016 to March 2017. Zoe holds a BA in History from the University of York, obtained in July 2007.
