Javier Aguilar

Javier Aguilar is an experienced business operations manager currently serving as Gerente de Operación de Negocio at Financiera Independencia since January 2018, where Javier leads the #SocioImparable project, significantly contributing to the company's new credit placements. Previously, Javier held positions including Subgerente de Operación de Negocio, where Javier served as Product Owner for the Findep Móvil app, and Coordinador de Operación de Sucursales, leading mobile application development for credit prospecting. Earlier experience includes roles in operational risk at Banco Santander Mexico and logistics management at Ferrero.
