Indra Purnama

Indra Purnama has extensive work experience in various fields. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at bank bjb as a Kredit Guna Bhakti. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at International Green School Sumedang as a Mathematics Teacher and 5th Grade Teacher. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika (ISH) as a Contact Center Telkomsel. Since 2018, they have been working at Finansialku.com as a Head of Telemarketing Specialist & Enterprise Solutions and Business Development. In these roles, they have managed and supervised telemarketing sales teams, maintained and optimized critical sales and quality metrics, and initiated and implemented strategic plans to achieve department goals. Indra has also clarified customer inquiries, researched and explored answers and alternative solutions, and implemented solutions.

Indra Purnama has a degree in FKIP - Pendidikan Matematika from Universitas Sebelas April Sumedang, which they obtained between 2012 and 2016.
