Sara A. Baker, MSW, currently serves as Continuous Quality Improvement Manager at Finanta, where previous roles included Director of the Executive Office and Director of Development. Prior to joining Finanta, Baker operated as a consultant and held leadership positions at Holleran and HAP, including Executive Director of Client Services and Contract Operations Manager for Quality Initiatives, respectively. Baker’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine as Grants Program Manager, along with significant academic roles at Penn State University, focusing on community engagement and public health initiatives. As the owner and founding member of LEGS, Baker developed an online barter exchange aimed at small businesses in Lancaster, PA. Baker's career began at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Health as Director of the Bureau of Family Health. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Social Work from Temple University, alongside a year at The University of Edinburgh.
