Michael Lamb

Michael Lamb has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Progress Rail since January 2019, Michael has previously held roles such as Quality Assurance Engineer and Continuous Improvement Specialist at Cleveland Track Material, and Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton Corporation and National Biological Corporation. Additional experience includes work as an Applications Engineer at Swagelok and a Process Engineer at Diebold, where Michael has successfully implemented process improvements and efficiency strategies. Michael holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
