Katarzyna Milanowska is currently the HR Team Lead / HR Business Partner at FINANTEQ since August 2021. Prior to this role, Katarzyna worked as an HR Specialist at Essentra from May 2018 to July 2021 and at PZL-Świdnik from 2006 to May 2018, where Katarzyna also held the title of Lean Manufacturing Specialist. Katarzyna holds a Magister Ekonomii degree in Ekonomia from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Additionally, Katarzyna has pursued further education at Firma 2000, WSPiA Lublin, and Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza. In April 2023, Katarzyna is scheduled to attend a training program at Talent Sfera.
