Andrew Hagens currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Finaps, a position held since April 2019, after previously holding roles as Chief Innovation Officer, Sr. Software Engineer, and Technical Business Engineer within the same organization. In the capacity of Technical Business Engineer, responsibilities included developing solutions on the Mendix platform and in Java, as well as addressing challenges related to application integration and software performance optimization. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Engineer for Stichting Formula Zero Team Delft from 2007 to July 2012, where leadership was provided for the engineering team in the design and construction of a hydrogen-powered Formula Student car. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Research & Quantitative Logistics from Erasmus School of Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
