Melissa Martinez, AAP, currently serves as the Director and Head of Solution Consulting at Finastra, a position held since September 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant within the same company. Prior to her tenure at Finastra, Melissa held the position of Vice President and Senior Operations Officer at Axiom Bank, N.A. from March 2012 to September 2020, and served as VP of Operations at CNLBank from November 2003 to March 2012. Melissa's earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager at AmSouth Bank from 2001 to 2003 and retail banking at Bank of America from 1996 to 1998. Melissa is an alumnus of the University of Central Florida.
