Ryan Jay Flores

Ryan Jay Flores has extensive experience in application operations and software development, currently serving as Director of FMS Application Operations at Finastra since February 2018, where leadership of the Manila Application Operations team supports banking applications for clients in the APAC and North American regions. Previously, Ryan held the position of Development Director at VALTES Advanced Technology, managing a local offshore development team and focusing on standard documentation and the exploration of new technologies. Ryan began a career as a Software Engineer at SPL ANEG Co., Ltd., where management of local teams and collaboration with Japanese counterparts were key responsibilities. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from AMA University and AMA Computer University, both completed between 1998 and 2001.
