Shai Avital

Shai Avital is an experienced professional currently serving as Resource Manager Lead at Finastra since September 2019, following a tenure as Senior Resource Manager. Prior to Finastra, Shai held the position of Project Manager at Amdocs from 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing high-focused projects' lifecycle, capacity planning, and risk assessment. Shai also worked as a Business Analyst in Finance, overseeing global outsourcing budget activities. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Controller & Analyst in the Finance department at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2015, focusing on budget planning and control. Shai holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Jerusalem College of Engineering.
