Matthieu Huet

Matthieu Huet is an experienced human resources professional with a significant background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as DRH à temps partagé at Groupe Finaxim since February 2023, Matthieu Huet previously held the position of Responsable ressources humaines at Honotel - Happy Culture Collection from July 2019 to February 2023, focusing on HR development, legal compliance, and project implementation. Prior to that, Matthieu Huet worked at Louvre Hotels Group as Resp des ressources humaines from June 2014 to June 2019, providing support to directors and managing human resources operations. Earlier roles include Responsable Ressources Humaines at VINCI Facilities, where Matthieu Huet managed HR functions for approximately 350 employees, and a consultant formateur at PBC, specializing in competency assessments.
