Justin Congdon

Justin Congdon currently serves as Recovery Manager at Credito Real USA Finance, overseeing all recovery operations since February 2021. Previously, Justin held the position of Field Supervisor/State Manager at Location Services LLC., managing day-to-day recovery operations across the Midwest from October 2018 to September 2022. Justin's expertise in locating collateral was demonstrated at Repossessors Inc. as a Skiptrace from January 2016 to September 2022. As the Owner and Principal of JACRepos Remarketing and Redistribution Consulting from June 2014 to October 2018, and through various roles at Wells Fargo, Justin developed a comprehensive understanding of automotive collateral management and repossession services. Earlier experiences include positions as a Loss Control Specialist at Auto Portfolio Services and Peak5, where Justin was responsible for risk management and overseeing vendor interactions.
