Hardian Setiawan Winata has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Hardian Setiawan recently joined FINBOURNE Technology as an Application Support Analyst. Hardian Setiawan Winata completed their Bachelor's Degree in Eletronics and Electrical Engineering with Minor in Computing at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Taruna Nusantara Senior High School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their A Level in Science.

Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2020, they obtained the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the GARP FRM Program.
