Nikhil Sashi

Nikhil Sashi has a diverse work experience in business development, client engagement services, sales management, account management, and functional analysis. Nikhil most recently worked as a Business Development Manager at FinBox starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Manager of Client Engagement Services at Qwikcilver Solutions from November 2021 to July 2022. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Manager at Experian India from September to November. From 2020 to 2021, Nikhil was a Lead Account Manager at Decentro. Nikhil also gained experience as a Key Account Manager at Qwikcilver Solutions from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Functional Analyst at Oracle in Financial Services from 2015 to 2017, where they demonstrated expertise in business requirements gathering, analysis, and elicitation, as well as workflow configuration and process improvement.

Nikhil Sashi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R.S.R Rungta college, from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Lean Operations and Systems at Christ University Institute of Management in Bangalore, from 2013 to 2015.
