Artak Karapetyan is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Back Office Unit Team Leader at FINCA Armenia since April 2019, Artak previously held the position of Branch Manager at Финка Армения from October 2013 to April 2019. Artak's extensive background includes roles such as Credit Manager, Business Client Coordinator, Deputy Branch Manager, and Branch Manager at ProCredit Bank-Armenia, as well as positions as Credit Specialist and Senior Credit Specialist at Conversebank CJSC. Additionally, Artak began a career in education as a Teacher of Physics and Mathematical subjects from September 1999 to May 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Radio Physics from Yerevan State University, earned between September 1992 and June 1997, and secondary education from Secondary School N4 in Gyumri, Armenia.

In 2019, FINCA Armenia launched its tablet-based lending, through which clients can apply for larger loans from anywhere and receive the decision within minutes. In December 2018, FINCA Armenia became the first institution in Armenia to be awarded with the Smart Certificate for its continued adherence to the Smart Campaign’s client protection standards.
