Armine Bibilyan, EMBA, has a strong background in human resources management. Armine is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FINCA Armenia since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Yerevan Brandy Company, Pernod Ricard from July 2010 to June 2017. Armine also worked at Yerevan Brandy Company as the Deputy Director of Human Resources Management from September 2009 to June 2010. Armine began their career at Yerevan Brandy Company in various HR specialist positions from 2000 to 2005, eventually becoming the Head of Human Resources Department from 2005 to 2009. Armine Bibilyan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources to their current role.
Armine Bibilyan, EMBA, began their education in 1994 at the Armenian State University of Economics, where they pursued a 5-year Diploma in World Economics. Armine successfully completed their studies in 1999. Years later, in 2013, they attended INSEAD for the Executive Leadership Development Program, specializing in Leadership, which they completed in 2014. More recently, from 2017 to 2019, Armine Bibilyan studied at the Antwerp Management School, earning their EMBA degree. In 2019, FINCA Armenia launched its tablet-based lending, through which clients can apply for larger loans from anywhere and receive the decision within minutes. In December 2018, FINCA Armenia became the first institution in Armenia to be awarded with the Smart Certificate for its continued adherence to the Smart Campaign’s client protection standards.
