David Zarandia

David Zarandia is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in financial institutions. Since August 2021, David has served as Senior Counsel at FINCA Impact Finance. Prior to this role, David held the position of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at FINCA Bank Georgia from October 2013 to August 2021, where David was also a member of the Management Board. David's legal career began at MFO FINCA Georgia, spanning from June 2006 to October 2013 in various capacities including Senior Legal Counsel and Lawyer. Earlier experience includes a position as a Lawyer at Sionihesi-98 LLC from October 2005 to June 2006. David holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cologne, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Master's degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, completed in 2005.
