Harris Wajahat

Harris Wajahat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, having held various leadership roles in prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Global Risk Manager at FINCA Impact Finance, Harris oversees risk governance and collaborates with management to establish monitoring frameworks. Previously, Harris was Senior Manager of Risk Modelling at EXIM Bank of Pakistan Limited, where responsibilities included establishing the Risk Management Group's structure. At MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., Harris led market risk initiatives and was responsible for the bank-wide risk profile. Other roles included directing Islamic banking risk management at The Bank of Punjab and corporate relationship management at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan. Harris holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Lahore School of Economics, complemented by early educational qualifications in science and mathematics.
