Carolina Ahumada

Carolina Ahumada-Mejia is an experienced legal compliance professional currently serving as a Legal Compliance Officer at FINCA International and a Legal Department Assistant at FINCA Impact Finance. With a strong background in workforce development and social work, Carolina has previously held internships at CEF, Global Social Development Initiatives, and Catholic Charities, where responsibilities included data analysis, case management, and client support for underserved communities. Carolina's international experience includes serving as Program Manager at the Organization of American States, where work involved collaboration with government officials and international experts. Carolina holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's in Government and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
