Leslie Enright

Leslie Enright is a seasoned professional in business development and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Financial Services at FINCA International since October 2009. In this role, Leslie leads the fundraising strategy for a network of 20 microfinance institutions serving over 1 million customers, successfully raising over $40 million for innovations in digital financial services and fintech. Prior experience includes positions at the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction, Kosovo Enterprise Program, United Methodist Committee on Relief, Grameen Foundation, Save the Children US, and volunteering for various humanitarian organizations. Leslie holds a Master of Social Work degree in International Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University.
