Anduena Haxhiymeri

Anduena Haxhiymeri has a solid work experience in the financial and business analysis field. Anduena started their career at KPMG Italy in 2015, working on audit projects for a few months. In 2015, they also began working at FINCANTIERI, where they took on various roles over the years. Anduena started as a Business Analyst - Controller in 2015, and then progressed to become a Business Analyst - Senior Controller in 2018. In 2019, they took on the responsibility of Economic and Financial Group data. Anduena further advanced their career at FINCANTIERI, becoming the Head of Group Performance Monitoring and Reporting in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Financial Planning and Performance Analysis, starting in 2023.

Anduena Haxhiymeri completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, from the Università degli Studi di Trieste from 2009 to 2014. Anduena then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics, specializing in Management and Accounting, at the same institution from 2014 to 2016. In 2021, Anduena enrolled in the Excellence Program at Politecnico di Milano to study Project Management. In 2015, they also briefly studied the Legal Environment of Business of the United States at the University of Northern Colorado.
