Paolo de Carolis

Paolo De Carolis is a seasoned Managing Consultant with extensive experience in organizational impact analysis, cost-benefit assessment, and the implementation of advanced digital solutions, particularly in the defense and aerospace sectors. Since February 2018, Paolo has been with FINCANTIERI S.p.A., focusing on Digital Track & Tracing solutions using RFID technology for military ship logistics and production. Concurrently, contributions to Leonardo include the development of a configuration management model and a Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system. Previous roles span various organizations from the AGENZIA INDUSTRIE DIFESA, where management models for ship recycling were defined, to the Camera dei Deputati, where a Project & Program Office was created. Educational credentials include a PhD in Management PA from Università Tor Vergata and a master's degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, further supplemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
