Tharsis Pilutti Namer

Tharsis Pilutti Namer has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Tharsis started their career at Adfor as a Consultant in 2008. Tharsis then worked as an IT Consultant at Stella Polare from 1998 to 2008 and at Dimensione Sport from 2004 to 2008. Tharsis also served as an IT Consultant at Interfase from 2004 to 2009.

In 2008, Tharsis joined NTT DATA Italia as an IT Senior Business Consultant engaged in various projects. Tharsis worked on the SMA - SCA project, where they were responsible for data analysis, modeling, and system testing. Tharsis also worked as a Consultant for the company until 2014.

Tharsis then joined Business Integration Partners in 2014, where they served as the PMO IT Referent for Allianz Italia in the Trieste Area until 2015.

Since 2015, Tharsis has been with FINCANTIERI S.p.A., starting as an IT Digital Business Process Integration Specialist until 2018. During this time, they were involved in the digitalization of production processes and the implementation of connectivity and asset tracking systems.

Currently, Tharsis holds the position of Head of IT Shipyard Solutions at FINCANTIERI S.p.A, responsible for overseeing IT projects and driving digitalization initiatives.
