Tiziana Cellura

Tiziana Cellura has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1996 as a Legal Practitioner at a Studio Legale. Tiziana then worked as a Team Leader Back Office at Wind S.p.A. in 1999. From 2001 to 2004, they returned to working as a Lawyer at another Studio Legale. In 2003, they became a Trainer at Genertel S.p.A. and stayed until 2008. In 2008, they joined Assicurazioni Generali as an HR Compensation Specialist, where they managed legal-regulatory aspects, defined long-term incentive plans, and policies until 2015. Currently, Tiziana is the Head of Compensation & Benefits at FINCANTIERI S.p.A., responsible for analyzing market compensation trends, managing salary reviews, and implementing incentive plans among other duties.

Tiziana Cellura holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Palermo, obtained in 1995. Tiziana also has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development Policies from 24ORE Business School, obtained in 2017. Additionally, Tiziana is licensed to practice law by the Superior Court of Palermo, which was obtained in the year 2000.
