Tamas Hettinger

Tamas Hettinger is an experienced professional in the field of Compensation and Benefits, currently serving as the Head of Group Compensation and Benefits at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since January 2014. Prior to this role, Tamas was the Head of Compensation & Benefits at UniCredit Bank Austria AG from April 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included managing Executive Management and International Mobility activities. Tamas also held various positions at UniCredit Bank Austria AG and Hay Group, with roles ranging from Project Manager to Reward Information Services Manager across different countries, including Austria, South Korea, and Hungary. Tamas holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Miskolc, completed in 2001.
