Currently serving as the COO of Operations, Customer Service, and Facilities at Fincare Small Finance Bank since July 2021, Shreejith previously held significant roles at IDFC FIRST Bank, where responsibilities included Senior Director and Head of Rural Bank Operations. With a robust background that includes positions as Vice President at RBL Bank overseeing the Business Solutions Group and previous leadership roles at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd and Citibank, Shreejith possesses expertise in implementing operational controls, enhancing financial systems, and managing large teams across decentralized branches.
