Finch Paper
Tracey Riley has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in different companies. Tracey joined Finch Paper in 2013 as the Vice President of Human Resources and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. Before that, they worked at Finch Paper LLC as the Director of Talent Management from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they were a Regional HR Manager at SCA Tissue from 2000 to 2011. Tracey'scareer in HR began at Boston Scientific, where they worked as a Human Resources professional from 1996 to 2000.
Tracey Riley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Siena College between 1990 and 1992. Tracey'seducational journey continued with a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services at The New School from 1999 to 2000.
