Mattia Capacchione is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and welding engineering. Currently serving as Quality Manager and Welding Engineer at Fincimec S.p.A. since November 2012, Mattia oversees QA/QC operations and international welding projects. Previous experience includes a position as Site Quality Manager and Quality Engineer at Satap Autostrade S.p.A. in early 2005. Mattia holds a degree in Engineering Management from Carlo Cattaneo LIUC, completed a specialization in Lean Manufacturing, and achieved certification as an International Welding Engineer from Istituto Italiano della Saldatura between 2015 and 2016.
