Melissa Paul, MBA, LMT has extensive experience in recruitment, enrollment, and retention. In 2021, they began working as an Assistant Manager and Reverse Recruiter for Find My Profession. Melissa Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Ohio University, earned between 2001 and 2005. Melissa then went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2011. In 2015 and 2016, they earned a Post-Degree Professional Certificate in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Cuyahoga Community College. In April 2019, Melissa obtained a Licensed Massage Therapist (OH) certification from the State Medical Board of Ohio. Melissa also holds a Sourcing Ninja Black Belt certification.
