Lt Col Mahesh Gupte

Lt Col Mahesh Gupte has had a long and varied career in the military and corporate sectors. Lt Col Mahesh began their career in 1992 as an Army Officer in the Indian Army, where they served for 24 years. In 2016, they joined the Welspun Group Companies as the Head of General Affairs and Corporate Affairs & Strategic Planning Cell, Maharashtra. In 2022, they joined Findability Sciences as the Director of Client Success.

Lt Col Mahesh Gupte has an extensive education history. In 1974, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA from BPM High School. In 2013, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma HR from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2015, they completed the Armed Forces Programme from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Design Thinking: Innovation of Products and Services and Change Management from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Influencing Others and Finding Your Time Management Style from LinkedIn in 2019.
